FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Mother & daughter share "King of the Universe" longest title painting

UNITED STATES - Another Banksy?  No, not really.  But an anonymous veteran mother and a young daughter are also making a statement through their modern art pieces to include "Remembering Christ our Hope, the King of the Universe."  Other pieces feature the solo work of the young daughter are also available on their website.  The current owners are sharing the artwork with the general public.  Proceeds from the painting's original and copies will benefit children, feeding the hungry, and related facility costs.

Official prints are pending availability around Christ the King of the Universe Feast Day annually.  This Feast Day and Solemnity is celebrated annually by Roman Catholics and other Christian groups at the end of November, prior to the start of the Advent Season.  The project also aims to draw attention to the hope and process of healing or reconciliation with God through Christ, and preparation for the coming Great Anniversary years of 2033 to 2036, or 2000 years since his passion, death, resurrection, and ascension.

The art project offers two titles for each painting, inspired by the artists' ethnic background and tradition of short and long names.  The short version of the title is, "Remembering Christ our Hope, The King of the Universe."  The longer version of the art's title is a lengthy run-on sentence and prayer that the current owners warn readers to prepare for with patience.  This long version is titled, "In the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Amen.  O Christ our Hope and King of the Universe - Thank you for your love and care for me, Your Church, and Your Creation.  Come to our aid with Your Holy Spirit to worship and love God through you always when seeing this friendly reminder photo.  Help us to honor your Gospel and the Commandments to the best of our ability with your gifts of peace that come from Baptism, faith, scripture, and the minimum regular, personal, Christian life of prayer and repentance.  Or if called to the Catholic or Orthodox Christian life, then both the former and the greater regular, official, and Sacramental life of Holy Communion and Confession.  And when called to do so, lead us to lead others and the younger to be closer to Yourself.  Guide us to be respectful of Your share in them and Your Church, in the process of initiation, the education of conscience, the State of Grace, and the Great Kingdom of God & Christ.  Assist us to more faithfully live and proclaim Your passion, death, resurrection, and ascension, until You come again.  Amen."

Much of the artists' interests and influences behind the art include their background, experiences, and personal collection of some modern Christian art, Roman Catholic fine art, Eastern Catholic and Orthodox-Christian iconography.  This piece and other works were completed by the mother and daughter during the pandemic lockdowns.  More information about the art piece's meanings, printing requests, and special orders can be found at www.crystalinrevelacion.com.
